For the second year running, Cherkizovo Group takes part in the HeadHunter rating. In 2023, the Company saw a significant improvement in its results, rising from the 42nd to 28th place in the list of Russia’s largest employers (5,000+ employees). Cherkizovo’s rise in the ranking enabled it to climb to the top among businesses in the agriculture and food industry.
“Securing the first place among employers in the Russian agricultural sector was our target. We worked hard to achieve this result and focused on creating the best environment for our employees, both at our sites and in our offices. Making it to the Top 30 largest employers is a solid result, but there is always room for improvement. Our HR team will continue to make every effort to provide our employees with the most comfortable environment by applying best practices in the realm of HR,” says Olga Khayrullina, Cherkizovo Group’s Head of HR and Organizational Development.

The Company’s HR strategy seeks to make every employee feel valued and provide them with opportunities for professional growth. Cherkizovo has a mentoring system in place, where skilled and seasoned employees train new hires in professional skills. On top of that, Cherkizovo runs reskilling programs to help its staff acquire new competencies, professions or jobs based on their current qualifications.
