Cherkizovo Group will share sneak peeks into meat production on its YouTube channel

Moscow, Russia – January 31 – Cherkizovo Group has started a new vlog on its target="_blank">Cherkizovo Life YouTube channel called ‘From Farm to Fork’. It aims to give consumers insights into how their favourite meat products are made, taking them through all stages from making animal feed to meat processing. The vlog will also feature Cherkizovo’s team involved in meat production. 

target="_blank">The first series came out in January. A 12-minute video shows how we make Salchichon sausage, one of our flagship products. It tells the full story of how it is produced, letting viewers see the full journey of the product from field to plate. Our customers will have an opportunity to look at how the grain grown in the Lipetsk Region becomes animal feed, and take a virtual tour of our pig farms in the Tambov Region and our one-of-a-kind Kashira smoked sausage plant.

We have filmed eight videos for our ‘From Farm to Fork’ vlog and will post them once a month on our YouTube channel. The filming locations include Moscow and the Moscow Region (Cherkizovsky Meat Processing Plant, Petelinskaya poultry farm, Cherkizovo Kashira smoked sausage plant, Cherkizovo Lab) as well as the Tambov (pig farms, Tambov Turkey) and Lipetsk (grain facilities) regions.
