Cherkizovo brand launches new specialty pork products
Cherkizovo Group, Russia’s largest meat producer, continues to expand the product portfolio of its flagship brand of the same name. In September, two new products hit the shelves: Pork Dijonnaise and Chopped Pork with Greens and Spices.
Pork Dijonnaise is a juicy pork shoulder with a sauce made from the famous coarse-ground Dijon mustard that traps in the moisture in the meat, retaining its juicy feel and making it super tasty and tender. Mustard seeds contribute to the product’s original look, while creating a spicy taste and flavor for the meat.
Pork Dijonnaise is an easy and simple dish to cook, with no hassle of selecting the right set of spices, doing the dishes or cleaning the oven: the meat has been marinated for you and can be roasted right in the vacuum bag that it comes in.
The other new offering by Cherkizovo is Chopped Pork with Greens and Spices, a unique ready-to-cook dish unmatched in the market. This is juicy pork ham meat chopped into small-sized bits of just 1×1 cm. Spiced with traditional herbs, it is the best alternative for your usual minced pork.

The new products are made by Cherkizovsky Meat Processing Plant in Moscow and are available for sale starting September.
